The University of Helsinki will continue to be part of Goin’s community throughout 2025. This extension was supported with intentions to be industry leaders in student wellbeing - ensuring that all, including international students, feel welcomed in Helsinki. That is why UoH is putting in more effort to improve the integration of students, prevent isolation, and construct greater communities between the students at Helsinki. At Goin’, we are pleased to welcome UoH and its students to the platform. In recent discussions with the Marketing Specialist, Kaisa Lainea, she made aware of her appreciation on the future venture.
“I’m truly happy to continue our excellent cooperation and I’m also so happy that we can keep offering Goin’ to our students.”
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Mats Engblom, Marketing Specialist, Pauliina Mikkonen, Head of Student recruitment and Marketing at the University of Helsinki. Without their cooperation and support it would have not been possible for such an opportunity to be realized.
The University of Helsinki is Finland’s largest and oldest academic institution and an innovative centre of science and thinking. Since 1640, they have been contributing to a fair and equal society and are considered one of the best in the world. In recent news, UoH has announced record applications for studying in the international Master’s programmes, with over 8500 applying for autumn 2023. With that in my mind we will ensure that latest admitted students have an amazing experience on Goin’.
Students enjoy using Goin’ - Helsinki 22” experience
Throughout last summer we also received quite positive feedback from the onboarding students. We were surprised with some of the messages sent to us, we hope to see more like these this summer :)
